Chichester Psalms

The Book of Psalms has been a treasure trove of beautiful text on sacred themes for composers for thousands of years. This concert features some of the best psalm settings across the choral canon, highlighting diverse and era-spanning styles. Conductor Anthony Blake Clark is delighted to share Bernstein’s Chichester Psalms, – the music of his teacher’s teacher. Daniel Stipe solos on organ for Handel’s As Pants the Hart.
